Ambassador Saleh Mutlu Shen, the Turkish Ambassador to Cairo, accompanied by a number of Egyptian journalists, inspected the “JADE Textile” factory in the Tenth of Ramadan City, JADE is one of the largest Turkish investments in Egypt in the field of sportswear and textiles.
Ambassador Shen explained during the statements he made to Egyptian journalists within the framework of the visit that “JADE Textile” is one of the best and most prominent Turkish investment models in Egypt with Turkish capital and Turkish management.
Ambassador Shen stated that “JADE Textile” provides job opportunities and success opportunities for more than ten thousand Egyptian workers, and it also occupies the lead in the field of ready-made garment exports, and it considers Egypt as a strategic base for its production.
Labor Services
He added that the most important feature of “JADE Textile” is that it gives importance and priority to the worker and the human being, and therefore it provides workers with all social and legal services and capabilities such as transportation from places of residence, health and social care, and pays special attention to working women and provides them with a nursery to raise the social level of all workers.
Ambassador Shen said that “JADE Textile” is one of the well-known companies as it manufactures and produces high-quality clothes in a stable manner.
Ambassador Shen added that all of this provides a very important and integrated example of Egypt’s success and the development of its infrastructure, pointing out that other Turkish investments such as “JADE Textile” on the one hand provide profit to sisterly Egypt and on the other hand introduce Egyptian and Turkish brands to the world.
He added that the most important feature of “JADE Textile” is that it provides a community service in this context, stemming from social responsibility, as the company gives priority to each worker as the main factor in the production process.

The group made the sports kits for the Tokyo Olympics and the African Games in Ghana in support of sports, and it also played the same role in the Olympics currently taking place in France 2024.

Continuous expansion
