**Radisson Hotel Group** has achieved a major milestone in Africa, with over **100 hotels** operating or under development across the continent. In the past 12 months, the Group signed more than **2,500 rooms** and entered new markets in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Zimbabwe, reinforcing its commitment to expanding presence and strategic partnerships.
**Radisson Blu** continues to anchor the brand legacy, while **Radisson** is the fastest-growing brand, supported by a strong conversion pipeline.
Ramsay Rankoussi, Regional Chief Development Officer, said: “We’ve crossed the 100-hotel mark in Africa by staying true to our plan, focusing on markets we can lead, moving fast on conversions, and partnering with owners who share our ambition.”
Expanding Markets and Growing Opportunities
Key growth markets include Morocco, South Africa, and Nigeria, where the Group is deepening its presence. Notable upcoming projects include:
* **Radisson Blu Hotel, Kinshasa, DRC** – 110 keys, opening late 2026.
* **Radisson Hotel Lubumbashi, DRC** – 97 keys, mid-2027.
* **Radisson Resort Ain Sokhna Groove, Egypt** – 469 rooms, 2029.
* **Radisson Collection Hotel, Lagos Atlantic, Nigeria** – 107 rooms, 2029.
* **Park Inn by Radisson Victoria Falls Resort, Zimbabwe** – 150 rooms, 2029.
Conversions remain a **core lever for fast growth**, ensuring a balanced portfolio across city hotels, resorts, and extended-stay properties.
