Engineer Haitham Hussein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Sustainable Economic Workers System of Egypt”, praised the initiative to pay off the debts of small farmers at the level of the governorates of the Republic, stressing that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi provides all forms of support to ensure a decent and safe life for the Egyptian farmer and farmer, noting that the initiative is an embodiment of the importance of supporting farmers, as they are a fundamental pillar in the national production system and one of the pillars of agricultural development with the leading national role played by the Agricultural Bank in the role of social responsibility and facilitating procedures for farmers to support development with constructive participation for general construction.
The celebration, which was held in the covered hall of Cairo International Stadium, under the slogan (A hand that plants.. A hand that helps), witnessed the wide participation of political parties, entities, community figures, public figures, art and media stars – the presence of a number of ministers and officials, including Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, Counselor Mahmoud Fawzy, Minister of Parliamentary and Legal Affairs and Political Communication, Mr. Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development, and Representative Ahmed Abdel Gawad, Secretary-General and Vice President of the Future of the Nation Party, participated in addition to a number of the party’s vice presidents, members of the parliamentary body in the House of Representatives and the Senate, central and local party leaderships, in addition to representatives of organizational and parliamentary leaderships, members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, and heads of the .governorate sectors of the Agricultural Bank. During the celebration, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, expressed his appreciation for the fruitful cooperation between state institutions, civil society and political parties, which reflects an honorable image of Egypt. He stressed that the state, led by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, spares no effort in providing support to the nation’s children, promoting national industries and encouraging local production, explaining that caring for the citizen and achieving a decent life for him represent a fundamental axis in the human development file supervised by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, who is doing his utmost to ensure the citizen’s health, economic and social well-being.
Eng. Haitham Hussein, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Sustainable Economic Workers System of Egypt”, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Egypt’s farmers for their continuous efforts in supporting food security, stressing that civil society stands shoulder to shoulder with the state to support farmers and preserve agricultural wealth.
It is worth noting that the “Farmers’ Debt Repayment” initiative continues its efforts to ease the financial burdens on farmers across the country, and thanks to President Sisi, the Future of the Nation Party and the Agricultural Bank for providing support to deserving farmers to double production and development. This will contribute to improving their economic conditions and providing them with better future prospects, as they are the guardians of food security in Egypt. The initiative was adopted by “Future of the Nation” and during the celebration, it announced that it would pay off all the debts of small farmers across the country, numbering 4,612 farmers, whose debts are less than 10,000 pounds. The party appreciated the positions of the political leadership, led by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, towards regional issues, most notably the Palestinian issue in general.
