Yesterday, Monday, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, and Dima Al-Yahya, Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization, signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States and the Digital Cooperation Organization on the sides of the high-level segment of the (79) session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The official spokesman for the Secretary-General, Jamal Rushdi, stated that during the signing ceremony, which was organized at the headquarters of the Arab League mission in New York, Aboul Gheit stressed the Arab League’s growing interest in the field of cooperation and digital transformation , wishing them all success in formulating this Memorandum of Understanding in a way that serves the interests of the two organizations and member states.
